May 11 starting at 5:30 the Food Trucks will be set up in downtown and ready for a fun-filled night. They be serving from 5:30pm - 9:30pm and the Featured Movie "True Grit" staring Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon & Josh Brolin will be on the big screen at 8:30. Join us for this modern day version of True Grit and some great food from our Food Truck Vendors. The 2013 Mardi Gras has officially begun, the following individuals have been named as 2013 candidates for King Rex and Queen Divine. Get familiar with their photos as we are sure you will be seeing them all around town as they compete for your vote. Each candidate will be organizing some of their own fundraising events however, if you would like to get close and personal, make sure to join us at the first of 4 Mardi Gras Mixers on Thursday, January 17 at 7:00pm. All of the mixers are held at Leesburg Center for the Arts. Open to the public 21 years old and up - $5 cover charge. The Mardi Gras Mixers are fun filled evenings as rival contestants vie for your votes to be crowned Mardi Gras King Rex and Queen Divine by showcasing their talents.
