Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until March 5, 2020

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial arts in the sense that it focuses on mental and energetic aspects integrated into movement. It is a low impact, relaxing form of exercise that combines slow, gentle, deliberate movements and breathing technique. This practice is taught around the world and is proven to help people relax and feel great.

Benefits of Tai Chi Include:

*Please note: This is a program that builds from week to week, therefore we ask participants to attend all classes. Enrollment will close on the second class.

** Wear loose fitting clothing and flat shoes, bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
